In celebration of 2-years anniversary of multicultural events, on November 19, 2011 Unieros is hosting a 'green' themed event "Living Green for a Cause." We will raise awareness of healthy green living lifestyle and collect healthy organic non-perishable items for immigrant families in need.
In addition, Unieros will feature a series of 'green' videos interviewing friends living health lifestyle including visits to Chicago community gardens and farmers markets where local produce is grown to create a sustainable community.
Unieros "Living Green for a Cause" will bring together Chicago's international community and the general public to learn about green lifestyle while helping others. The event will take place at Multilingual Chicago, 2934 N. Milwaukee Ave. and will feature live stream for friends around the world.
