Prairie Plein Aire Fest
Participating artists may check in at the Prairie Center for the Arts office to register between 8am - 6pm on Friday, May 21 or between 8am - 6pm Monday, May 24 through Wednesday, May 26. The deadline for submittal of work is by Thursday, May 27 from 8am - 2pm. The painting or photography subject must be located in Schaumburg, IL and must be created after registration from May 21- May 27, 2010. Participating artists will be provided with a map of Schaumburg noting specific areas of scenic interest within the community; however, they are suggestions and not required locations. The size of the piece must not exceed 16 x 20.
$50 entry fee; cash prizes for the top 3 entries (pending enough artist participation).
